Hi, my name is Jameson Dean!
In 2016, I experienced several personal life changes which were accompanied by complex and intermingled feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, and hope. My desire for additional resources at this time sparked my interest in helping others. This passion led to further education, of which I completed a Professional Counselling Diploma (Rhodes Wellness College) and a Death Doula program (Douglas College). In my current practice, I am grateful to meet with individuals on a deeply therapeutic level (what I like to call 'walking ourselves home') so that they might find support and coaching within various forms of grief, loss, hardships, and personal growth.
We're all humans trying our best to navigate this rather spiritual world. My calling is to support individuals through life's toughest moments and emotions to reach their unique goals overall. I strongly believe that every person experiences the complex, everlasting, and multifaceted emotions of grief, loss, and death. These feelings can emerge at any moment and affect each of us in different ways. Actively managing these thoughts, feelings, or emotions through life is key to moving forward with grief and life in the most mindful and loving way possible.

Utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy. I aid in the search for a better connection to the "self" and provide the space needed for clarity and change that is best for you and your wellness needs.

From a young age, I have had an intense connection with the universe, being very in tune with energy and messages from my spirits and guides. With that, I will work with your guides, energy, and spirits to receive messages from the spirit world that often help aid you in your own life providing clarity, connection, and validation to who you are and your future. Not only will I pick up on passed loved ones' messages I will receive information about your life on a psychic level, often regarding your relationships, work, health, and future.

I offer in-person (Toronto) Death Doula Services to those who are preparing for a potential death themselves, or within their family or friend group. I offer mental, spiritual, and emotional (and some physical) support to those who are near the end of life. With a decade of experience in emotional and spiritual support services, I aim to make this time during peoples' lives as stress-free as possible, offering many unique death doula services that we can discuss in detail within a video or phone call to determine if/how I would be a great fit to help you best overall.

Payment is accepted through Interac e-transfer or PayPal after or before each session at this time. All prices are subject to change. I work with a very strict confidential practice and will never release any client information unless legally or ethically necessary. When the first session is booked I will email you within a few days to inform you of the necessary steps to take to prepare for our first session or Discovery Call.
